   Anti - aging and health restoration is a science that has studied factors of increasing life expectancy over the past decades. Especially in some countries or areas, the life expectancy of the population is higher than others significantly. On the other hand, by studying the causes and factors affecting the decreasing average life expectancy in different countries or areas,for the purpose of promoting the health of the population in terms of both prevention and promotion of healthy life style.
   It can be seen that anti-aging and rehabilitation medicine, it is not the science of anti-aging or making humans invincible. But its main purpose is to make population have a good quality of life: having a healthy life span more than disability life span, having good health and appropriateness according to age without diseases such as Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, osteoporosis, degenerative arthritis, dementia etc. Aims to improve the quality of life of the population, focusing mainly on the good living and the way of nature.
