31 May 2559

2 Years old male child from Myanmar felt nausea, headache, stomachache and had been treated in his homeland for the first 2 weeks, unfortunately his condition did not improved. He has been repatriated to BPK9 International. Laboratory tests and Radiology tests could not diagnose the root cause of the fever, however with the thoroughly examination by the doctor, the rash at child’s feet had been found and the doctor had diagnose him with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP). This is a disease involving inflammation of small blood vessels. It most commonly occurs in children. The proper medicines had been administered to the child and his condition was improved by the next day. The stomachache disappeared.
The doctor’s expertise and the thoroughly examination are very essential factors to diagnosis the patient. Once getting the right diagnosis, the right treatment is provided in order to help the patient getting better as soon as possible.
