Pediatric Physical Therapy


   Pediatric physical therapy begins from a physical assessment. Therapy is conducted to strengthen muscles, practicing movement control and balance whilst sitting, standing and walking through specialized techniques in order to help the young patient becomes self-sufficient and resumes to normal daily activities. We have a highly experience team of therapists for neuromuscular including:

Treatment Objective
   To help stimulating movement and development in children through specialized techniques by relax muscle tension and to promote muscle flexibility. Therapy sessions are also focused at muscle strengthening and posture control by stimulating the neck region, flip-over, crawling, sitting, standing or walking.
Who should get the treatment? 
   Patients experiencing developmental disorders, muscle weakness, muscle and movement control, posture control, sitting, standing and walking problems, which impact normal daily routines.

Treatment
   Patients can visit a specialized doctor or physical therapist for assessment and treatment. Treatment time is approximately 1 hour per session, depending on the child’s condition and progression.
